STUDENTS' LEAVE RULES

• • • • All students must have a minimum of 80% attendance in order to qualify for the promotion to the next class or to appear in any external examinations. The leave should not exceed 20% of total working days.
      • All students should apply for any type of leave in advance to the Principal's office.
      • The students from classes Reception/KG to VIII will be allowed a leave for period not exceeding than ONE MONTH once during academic sessions. This is applicable for Ex-Qatar leave only.
      • The students from classes IX to XII will be allowed a leave for period not exceeding than FIFTEEN DAYS once during the session. This is applicable for Ex-Qatar leave only.
      • An absence without any intimation to the school after prescribed time, the name of the student will be cancelled from the school roll. The student will be readmitted after payment of readmission fee.
      • In case of medical leave, the students must submit a medical certificate from Hamad Medical Corporation, allied hospitals and other public sector hospitals.
      • Exemptions in tests/exams will be granted after the approval of the Principal only to the students who remain absent on medical grounds duly supported by medical certificate by Hamad Medical Corporation, allied hospitals and other public sector hospitals.
      • No Retest will be held in any case for the students absent on scheduled test/exam day.
      • The students will be treated absent, if he/she remains absent other than medical leave.
      • The leave will be directed to the concerned Vice Principal for remarks. The class teachers, coordinators and Vice Principals will be intimated accordingly after the Principal's decisions.
