SCHOOL FEE PAYMENT POLICY

 1. The school fee is collected on monthly basis in advance by 10 of each month.

 2. The school fee for the entire Academic Session 2017-18 is collected within 10 months instead of 12 months i.e September – June.

 3. The school’s Accounts Office will forward an email at the beginning of each month with reference to the deposit of school fee. In case of delay, first reminder will be sent followed by the second reminder, if the case be.

 4. The school reserves the right to suspend the continuation of studies of the defaulting students in case the school fee is not paid on time.

 5. No reduction in school fee is admissible for broken period of attendance.

 6. Any student joining or leaving the school on any date during the month is liable for the payment of school fee for the entire month.

 7. No concession or reduction in school fee is allowed for any period of absence due any reason.

 8. The student has to follow the readmission process in case the name gets struck off from the school’s roll. The readmission of any student is subject to the availability of vacancy in the same class, approval of the Academic Council and the payment of the readmission fee.

 9. The school reserves the right to incorporate any increase in the school fee in line with the Approval of Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Qatar.
