Admissions
Admission Process
From registration to confirmation
Admission Steps
| Step | What happens |
|---|---|
| 1 | Online registration through www.bfis.qa. |
| 2 | The Examination Cell schedules the admission test according to the child’s age and last class attended. |
| 3 | The assessment and interview take place (see criteria below). Results are shared by email. |
| 4 | Successful applicants receive an admission offer and submit the required documents and fees. |
| 5 | Admission is confirmed once documents are verified and fees are paid; the Examination Office then allocates the class section. |
Assessment Criteria
- KG1: informal oral assessment and interview with the child and parents (vocabulary, colours, numbers, spoken English, confidence and motor skills).
- KG2: written test, and interview of the child for numeracy, literacy and general knowledge.
