Admission remains provisional until the following documents are submitted:

• Copy of the child’s birth certificate.
• Four passport-size photographs.
• Report card and School Leaving Certificate from the previous school (if applicable).
• Copies of valid passports of the child and parents.
• Copies of the parents’ QIDs and the child’s QID / residence permit.
• Employment letter from the sponsor’s workplace.
• Immunisation card (KG1 – Year 3).
• School entry health assessment certificate (KG1 – Year 1 local applicants, and all applicants registering in Qatar for the first time).
• Result cards and School Leaving Certificates attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Qatar (Year 2 – Year 13, for students from outside Qatar).
• Receipt of fee payment.

No application can be processed without a valid Qatar residence permit / QID. Incomplete or incorrect documents will lead to cancellation of the admission.
